i used adobe dreamweaver to create my website, but i don't know how to upload it to the internet. can you help?

You can use Dreamweaver's remote FTP feature to upload your site to your hosting.
Please read this wiki article for information on how to setup FTP.
The directory you will need to upload to should be in public_html.
