The ftp details are

hostname : ftp.vitopharma.x10hosting.com
username : your cpanel username
Password : your cpanel password

upload the website files to public_html folder

Where are you trying to create the directory?
Login with the details that gsonline provided and go inside the public_html folder. You should be able to add things from there.

ok, thing is that when i log in to ftp i get empty root (/) and trying to creaqte a directory there it gives me 550 all the time. asks if i have permission to add files to the server

oh and trying to access cpanel i get [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

Try this-Login to cpanel and goto file manager.And then try to upload files in public_html .Then post back the results here.

giving same fatal error after cpanel log-in. i tried with filezilla too but nothing.

I don't believe this is you.
Others seem to have empty home directories on Cossacks as well.

what's the solution? i changed permissions of the root (/) but still 550 all the way.

root is empty. probably something internal with crossacks

Hello,

Since you requested for account termination, the account was terminated. Please check your other thread. Also the only way to rectify this situation was to terminate the account and then signup for a new account. You should be able to signup for a new account now.

I can't connect my self by the ftp :

I'have tried my accompte password, and the one gave on the page : https://x10hosting.com/control/?hosting&actions&u= (close to a kind of GUID like it: Pm83c088QzH8, see below), and none of both is working !!! Is anyone 've got clue ???
