Uploads too long - New File Missing

1 - attempting to upload files taking way to long or just hanging - waited 20 minutes - small sized files.

2 - attempting to create new files instead, files not appearing in directory indicated or anywhere else.

Hello,

Uploads seem to be going at a reasonable rate on your server at the moment. Are you still experiencing the issue? Also, please note that you need to use the "Reload" button in the cPanel file manager after creating a file, or it will not show up.
