Why was my account (cPanel Username: cl58tool) suspended?

Public file hosting scripts are prohibited in the tos

Your were suspended because we found file hosting scripts on your site which is against our Terms of Service. This is a permanent suspension (Zero-Tolerance Policy). In addition, this was a manual suspension meaning someone looked through your account to verify the existence of these files/scripts.

I also screencapped the violation before suspending it, so there would be proof that it was there. It is available to staff on request.

Can I at least get my files back so I don't have to rebuild my entire site on another host? I had some important files on there that I do not have backed up.

Under the zero tolerance policy it's a permanent suspension with no backups provided and no access to the account.

I have a conscience; the TOS clearly indicates you are responsible for your own backups, and that File Hosting is illegal. The warning was provided and not heeded, so it got suspended.

My conscience is perfectly clear.
