To the x10Hosting Administration Team,
I am reporting a critical system-level issue that has locked me out of my domain.
The domain in question is: tusecreto.x10.mx
I previously deleted my account thinking it would release the domain for a fresh setup, but the domain remains "STUCK" in your backend database and is still tied to my previous IP address. Now, I cannot re-register it, and I cannot access it because the original account no longer exists.
This is a database conflict (Ghost Record) where the domain was not properly purged during account deletion.
I request an immediate MANUAL PURGE of "tusecreto.x10.mx" from your:
1. Apache/Litespeed Virtual Hosts configuration.
2. DNS Zone files and Clusters.
3. Hosting billing/provisioning database.
I need this domain released so I can re-register it on a new account. I have been trying for a while and the system keeps rejecting it because it's "stuck" in the void.
Please escalate this to a System Administrator who can clean the server records manually.
