URGENT! password to account requiring reset

I have no access to direct admin any more, as I inadvertently changed a password believing it to be the FTP account password which wasn't saved.

How do I recover the main account password?

I tired that thanks, changed the password and on relogin I met this screen:

Clicking "Open cPanel" took me nowhere..... no Direct Admin here!

Now I'm blocked out for some reason, I cannot see the login page anymore.
