URGENT! Please Link Forum and Hosting Account -- Account will soon be suspended

I've been asking for help now for a month and I've received my second notice that my account will be shut down. I fear it won't be long before I lose my account. I'm not trying to be pushy, but please, if anyone can just link my forum and hosting accounts I would be very grateful!

I can't ask for a support ticket unless I have a forum account, and I can't sign up for a new forum account because the email on my hosting account is already being used for my existing forum account.
