URGENT Squid not allowing cpanel

the cpanel at port 2082 is not getting allowed by squid proxy server

i contaced sys admin he added 2082 to allowed list in squid but still we get permission denied..

help please...

yup w/o proxy it runs. i'm on college LAN so it doesn't works on LAN... what config should i do on squid???

try another proxy like http://hidemyass.com
