!!Urgent!!

today i was was going through my files in the file manager and i cam across one file whch was not needed. so i deleted it. when i done this half of my files got deleted! what can i do to get it all back or is there somthing an admin can do to get it back. please can som1 help me!

Unless you have backed up your files we have no way of getting them back. You need to make sure that if you are deleting from cpanel that you do no have more than one file highlighted. If you are deleting from an ftp make sure you are not deleting a folder and it's contents.

No, once they are deleted they're gone. Which is why it's good practice atleast once a week use the backup function in cPanel to ensure this doesn't happen again.
