Hi Corey,
could you please reissue my dedicated IPs I had before the server move. It's very urgent, have clients, live sites and customers on them going irate and can't connect/use the sites.
Thanks,
Wolf

uuuh, for paid services, you want to open a ticket in the clients area.
Second, corey moved datacenters, and the datacenter owns the IPs, so he couldn't take them with him. There was plenty of time(about a month easy) for you to get up with corey and your customers to make the transition smooth.

Hi supermatthew,
sorry for posting here, I realized too late that this was the free hosting support (out of desperation). I already opened a ticked now and Bryon got back to me.

also there wasn't a month for me, my accounts were just moved 2 days ago (the past weekend) and I didn't know (consider) the problem with the dedicated IPs, thought Everything would be transfered as it was.

thanks for your reply anyways.

the notice that the datacenter move with the change in IPs has been around for over a month i believe. Its still useful to look at the clients news once in a while, since important stuff is posted there, like the network outage on the 7th

I agree. Just want to add a thought. When my paid services on x10, (which included several dedicated IP's), were moved to new DC I got an email from support stating that the move had been completed and this message included my new IP's. Surprised that you did not get a similar message.

@supermatthew:
uhhh, I Did get the notice of transfer a month ago. I Do look at the news frequently. I Do know that important stuff is posted there (duhhh). I Did see the outage on the 7th. ... I Did therefor expect to get moved ... of course it's MY issue, wasn't trying to "burden" you with it.

@carl6969:
I did get the email from support, but only with the new generic shared IPs of the new renat server, no new dedicated IPs.

@both:
MY issue is about having NO dedicated IPs anymore at all, (also btw. I did pay for 8 IPs on several accounts). Corey didn't move all my accounts till just 2 days ago (by arrangement) and I was away over the weekend so just realized today that I have no more dedicated IPs, therefor no valid certs and broken sites.
As I never got new replacement IPs I thought (wrongly) that the old IPs could be transfered as well. I learned now that's not the case, so I'm just trying to get any new dedicated IPs back.

@supermatthew:
your patronizing replies are based on many assumptions, and after I already apologized for posting in the wrong channels here and corrected with a proper support ticket on my WHM, what I'm concerned you can close this thread as it's not even directed to you. Unless you have endless time on your hands and want to argue MY issue and wrong posting to death, myself I will try to resolve this over at my proper ticket.

Thanks for your replies and education anyways, I know you're just trying to help.
Cheers,
Wolf
