urgently need help

I created my site a while back, but when x10hosting screwed up and did it's little update a long time ago, it wouldn't accept my login username/e-mail and password anymore. Luckily I still had the cookies though. Now I wiped my computer and can't log back in. That means that in 14 days my site that is hosted on your service (but I still pay for the domain) is going to die unless you do something. I can't get my account back via e-mail, because the e-mail address provider I used is now defunct and no longer exists. My account on here is "kevin1gamer", I have brought this to your attention about 3 other times, but you never fixed the damn login glitch. Please help.
