if you try it, it will give you account unavailable
BUT if you try jihaddib.com/index.html it works perfectly fine
I tried a free domain and parked it
(jihaddib.cu.cc) it also works

PLEASE SOLVE IT ASAP I REALLY NEED IT

It works for me.

If you check the site before it is set up, you will get that page and often your browser will cache it and not go back for a fresh version for awhile.

Clear your browser cache and history. Close your browser. Reopen browser and check site.

I did !! it failed also !!! I keep on getting it

It may be your ISP caching the original page (they do that to make it look like the network is faster than it really is), which means there's nothing you can do but wait for that page to age out of cache.
