URL Problem

When I go to my site's URL (chelseabill.x10.mx) it says the page doesn't exist even though I have files in the www folder. I can't connect to the ftp through the ftp url either. Please help!

Clear your browser cache and history. I can see your site. Dark gray background with a slideshow that is broken. (none of the images and at least one of the .js files are missing.)
