Use of python to connect to database

I know your free hosting does not cover SSH.

I was just wondering if I could create an application for my admins to be able to handle support tickets through a program rather than the website itself.

I am using the method MySQLdb to connect but due to it being 'localhost' as the database host. I am unsure if you allow this?

Incoming and outcoming connections to the database are rejected, so no.

Closest thing you could have is to have a PHP script on your site that can handle the requests from the external python script.
