Hi Sorry if this has been asked before, Ive done a search with no results
I am setting up a forum
When a user registers it gives an error

In file sources/functions.php on line 1603:
E_USER_ERROR - Unable to send e-mail!

any help would be appreciated as im not really up on the finer points of php
