user name and psw invalid in cpanel and web mail

hi, after the major server swap and rearrangement, I was unable to log in in cPanel (11) & WebMail with my usual Log-in.
I am only able to log in to "x10hosting.com/control" but nothing else from here on, could you please provide some explanation?
I did try the password reset, but both the users "signup" or "masso" are invalid to log in in cP. & Wm.
The previous direct cPanel link was: "http://massopro.pcriot.com:2082".
My client ID for the forum is: MMP1026996
My client ID for the free-hosting is: wma2139006257

Your cPanel login name would be masso.

I noticed an inconsistency with how the password was stored on the server, seem the server actually believed your account to be suspended still. You should be able to login now, however due to your previous attempts to change password I'd recommend one last change so all systems get the same password (password for cPanel was likely not updated since the server believed it to still be suspended).
