User not exists ???!!

My user name is: savo
I registered a new account, but I could not access the panel at http://x10hosting.com/login ! It said that "The username specified does not exist." !
And here is my confirmation email:

There was a problem with the DNS entry for your account. An admin fixed the account. Be sure to clean the cache and flush the DNS before use.
