User suspended

Dear Support,

Due to the transfer of my account from Cossack, my Account was suspended and could not be reopened after transfer. Please check it out and contact me,

I have set your account for unsuspension but it might not go through...

Hello,

Currently accounts on the old cossacks and lotus servers, are being suspended as transferred, i have no confirmation from Corey yet as to the exact reason. Although i do believe it is to prevent any updates to files during the transfers.

The way it works is if you update your files during the transfers, the files would update on the old server, and not be reflected on the new server.

This way the accounts are suspended so there is no data loss what so ever from files not being transferred from the old server because they were updated after the account was already transferred.

Dear Derek,

Thx for your reply. But I still have a lot of issues which are not fixed yet. My account is still suspended and I have some MySQL Problems as noted on the main page. But when i try to connect to the new server to cPanel, the website fris.xxx/login shows no valid certificate. I cannot trust this connection.

1. You are now unsuspended. I can get to your site, which shows a database connection error.

2. You can either accept the certificate (they are working on it) or try http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/login/
Doesn't use SSL, so no certificate, but less secure.

3. For the MySQL error:

Try:

cPanel --> Remote MySQL

Add Access Host

int.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94
