Username and passwords not working

Hi!

My websiste is currently down, there were a message saying it was for inactivity, but it must be an error, because that was not an inactive account at all!! I was told on the website to pay 3$ to unblock it, wich i did, but it still doesnt work!

Does anyone from x10hosting may verify and send me an email?

You don't need to pay $3 to fix this. Visit your Account Panel found at http://x10hosting.com/login.php and unsuspend yourself. The $3 will simply help to stop the Inactivity Timer from running for your account I believe for a year.
