Username Change

I sent an email through the contact form a couple weeks ago and it hasn't been answered.

If I want my username changed, how should I go about this?

Generally, these requests aren't granted without a good reason, but I'll bump your post here and see if an admin catches it

Could it have been formely staff, or was it an old account that got deleted?

As kraquen11 said, we do not change forum usernames unless it is for a good reason.

An example of a good reason is if your username has foreign characters that cannot be used again to log in, and your account becomes inaccessible. Your username has all English characters, so something like this would not apply to you.

It was confusing people, cos my names Callum, and my username is Alex.

And I use the username callumacrae everywhere else.
