Username does not exist

Hi i am trying to log into my control panel to update my website.
I can log into the forum (obviously) but when I try and get into my control panel, it says username does nto exist.

my site is
sthelensparents.x10hosting.com

same thing happened to me, but my page is also suspended and when i try to unsuspend it says:

Username: john
Reason:
Suspension lift on: Undefined

no reason and never gets lifted? i didn't even do anything wrong, i had a site made and i was last on forums 6 days from then.

Johnny: Please fill in the unsuspension form so that the staff can unsuspend you.

@forumparent1: You need to login to the cPanel using the username parent1 and the password that was supplied with it.

I believe I am typing the correct password but it still says
Error
This username does not exist.

i tried asking for a new password but it only gave me a password for the forum and my username for the forum is forumparent1 as you see.

I have made progress, I am now getting 'Log in failed'

This is still a problem. Thanks for trying to help though, I appreciate it.

OK, so my username forumparent1 gets me into the forum no prob.
I can see the log in for cPanel, i type in the account username parent1 and the new password you sent and I still cannot get anywhere near my site
sthelensparents.x10hosting.com

If it is any help, I don't mind if you delete everything on that site and delete the web site name, i'll re-register from scratch if that will help.

Ok, I've forced a resync on your account, changed your hosting password and PMed you a new one. I've checked and the password is working.

Remember that to login to your AMP: http://x10hosting.com/account you should do it with your FORUM username and password.
And to login to your cPanel: http://sthelensparents.x10hosting.com:2082/ you should do it with your HOSTING username and password.
