username does'nt exist????

Some days ago I let you deleting my account because I wanted another hosting plan. Now I've registered again and I got this e-mail:

Congratulations, your x10Hosting Ad-Free hosting account has been successfully created. Your account details are as follows:
Username: muelll69
Password: ******
Domain: kalkstein.elementfx.com
Hosting Package: Adfree
E-mail: muelll69@googlemail.com


I can login to cPanel but not to x10hosting.com... there is this error:

An Error Has Occurred
The username specified does not exist.
I hope you can help me.
