Username invalid, can't change username

It said my username was invalid when waiting for hosting conformation (because it contains a "!"), but it doesn't tell me how to change it.

Go to your account panel here https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click on Hosting at the top, then click on cancel creation attempt. Stay logged in and then go try to sign up again for a hosting account. Remember to use only letters and/or numbers for your hosting account username.
