username not recognized

I can access Cpanel but not my account. My username is not recognized.

The question is a little puzzling.

Your AMP is accessed by your forum name / password
your hosting account is accessed by your Cpanel name / password.

I tried http://forums.x10hosting.com/news-announcements/18143-how-link-your-forum-account-cpanel.html but am not sure about step 4ut in your cPanel user name - my username is already there!?

AMP is your account management panel. This can be accessed by going to http://www.x10hosting.com/account and signing in with your forum name and password.

Your Cpanel name is nim3. You shouldn't have to link your account, as you are linked. Is that the error message you are getting?

oh i unnderstand. I was attempting to sign in to AMP using my cpanel username.
