Users Database MySQL

Hello,

All my users database disappear, I don´t know what´s happen. This is second time it to do. The first one, i could create a new user. But it´s not correct.

Please check what kind is this error.
And is possible restore all my users.

And the phpMyAdmin don´t connect too.

I read some topics, i think after the update of database by x10 hosting this problem occurs.

My PhpMyAdmin stop works too.
