Users missing when following the instructions

When following the instruction on this thread:

No users are in the list.

The next part where you have to add the host was fine though and had no problems.
Any idea on what to do?

Its only a suggestion not a solution because I am just a normal member like you, If there are no users then you can create users for a specific database.Your scripts should use that user name to communicate with mysql.If all users that you created in the past got deleted by this then also above suggestion may work.

Hunted the FTP directory for the password included in one of the files, found it, added it in along with the user and everything was there and now working perfect.
