Users not receiving activation email after signing up in Worpress

I created Wordpress blog using softaculous.

Users not receiving activation email after signing up. I m using buddypress 1.5.6, bbpress 2.1 as well as Configure SMTP. The Wordpress version is 3.4.1 and tried every SMTP plugin. When using configure SMTP, I receive the test email but when I create a new user account in my website, I do not receive the activation email. Please help me.

The users are not receiving the activation emails.
But the test mail in Configure SMTP is sent but no activation emails are sent.
I installed wordpress in subdomain directory (bigspace.tk).
My original x10hosting site is www.gizmoupdate.elementfx.com
My website - www.bigspace.tk

I have tried every possible combination of SMTP but with the combination provided by cPanel, only the test mail via Configure SMTP is sent and not the registration email i.e confirmation email.
My details are :-
SMTP host - mail.bigspace.tk
SMTP port - 25
Use SMTPAuth? - Yes
SMTP username - admin+bigspace.tk (provided by cPanel)
SMTP password - The correct one. i.e provided by cPanel
Sender e-mail - admin@bigspace.tk
Sender name - BiG Space

Only the test email is sent via Configure SMTP but no new registration confirmation email.
