I created a site for a club I'm a member of, The Christmas Seal & Charity Stamp Society. Our free web space is http://www.xmassealsociety.x10hosting.com/

A member of the club donated a top level domain name, and redirected our free space to http://www.charityseals.org

This worked fine for a few weeks. I could go to either url and they both worked, but now neither one works and we are loosing our ranking in the search engines.

I checked and am not suspended for not logging onto the forms.

Any ideas?
Thanks,

It may be due to server migrations taking place. I also faced such problem and later I came to know that my url was changed without any information. If your site is down for a long time I recommend to check your website url on your account panel or control panel. It is a rare case but I don't see any problem to check it once.
