Using my own domain

Hi!

Have got myself the domain http://lordoftheweb.info and the updated the nameservers with my registar as

-ns1.x10hosting.com
-ns2.x10hosting.com

(its been over 4 days since i had done this)

Ve also added this as an addon domain to my site(http://lordoftheweb.x10hosting.com). But i get only a server error. What could be the problem?

Please check again now, your domain should be working.

thanks..yeah it is, but its working like a parked domain..the domain is getting replaced by the x10hosting domain in the address bar, to put it in layman terms

You need to change the domain in the wordpress configuration.

yeah i did that and got the error i expected- firefox said the site was redirecting in a way that will never get completed

my x10hosting.com domain tried to redirect to my own domain and my domain inturn started redirecting to the x10hosting.com domain and it just continued till i got the above error

If you check on cPanel > Redirections, you've a redirection set from: http://lordoftheweb.info/ to http://lordoftheweb.x10hosting.com/
So first login to cPanel, go to "Redirections" and remove this redirection. After doing this, go to your WordPress AdminCP, and change the domain the script uses to lordoftheweb.info
