Using other DNS hosting service

Dear all,

I was going through setting up my web hosting with the x10hosting community. Till now it seems everything is sound and good. I have a small issue to go through. Is it ok if I use the web hosting portion of x10hosting and use some different DNS hosting provider. Because I need to use more 3 sub domains and one of the sub domains is dynamic dns entry.

So cutting it short is it possible to use my shared IP address as an A record through other DNS service provider?

Yes, there are downsides, such as if we need to move your account to a different server, or offer new services etc you would need to do all the dns parts of our services you want to use yourself.
