Using Server to Server transfer script

Is it according to the term and condition if i use server to server transfer (SST) script. I just want to upload some of my files from my other hosting account. Is there any difference in uploading from cpanel or FTP and using SST? Help me out soon for this. Thank you.

We don't offer Server to Server Transfer here at x10, on free accounts, but I think we would allow that on paid accounts.
