Using SmartFTP cannot login

for some reason i cannot login onto my ftp. i tried all the ftp accounts on my cpanel and it did not work. If someone could help me please.

Still need help my login name is linksysd

Can you get into cPanel? Can you try it via Internet Explorer just to narrow it down?

Yea i could, i went under ftp accounts and tried all of them but it wouldnt work.

Sounds like you're blocked from the firewall, I'm at work right now and won't have access to it for a few hours. I'll check it then.
