Using x10 mysql for externally-hosted website?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to have a website which is hosted external from x10hosting (for example some other form of paid hosting from other company) use the mysql database in x10hosting?

An example would be a wordpress blog hosted on say, Bluehost, while using x10 as the mysql host? All files would be hosted from Bluehost, and only the mysql database would be hosted in x10. Is it possible to do that?

If yes, how would one go about doing that? Thank for your help in advance.

The answer straight up is no. The MySQL is only for accounts hosted with x10hosting. If the host you are using doesn't support using MySQL then i would suggest moving to a different host.

If you are caught doing that the account gets terminated.
