Hi.
Just a small problem - my site has vanished! :dunno:
Was fine early yesterday but at some point during the day it stopped showing, all I get is a blank white page and in the bottom left corner it states 'Done'
URL - www.icmeler.x10hosting.com
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks in advance.
Baz!

Right now, http on Cossacks is down, i don't think this problem with your site would be related to it being down, but it may be...When Cossacks is back online, i will look at the site and check if i can find a problem, just a question, do you have a CMS or PHP forums installed or php scripts at all on your account? If so have you tried upgrading your PHP from the basic version to the intermediate version? If not, try that and then let me know how it goes.

Ok.. I've requested the upgrade of PHP version from basic to intermediate. I'll just have to wait and see now..
Thanks.

Cossacks HTTP is back online, i looked at your site and it's in php, so i am pretty sure the upgrade will fix things for you, it may take up to 24 hours for the script to upgrade your account, let me know how it goes once the php is upgraded.

Your script might be using another illegal function not allowed by intermediate PHP.

What script is it?

It's the cms called 'e107'.
The site is back up this morning but there is still a problem.. the gallery and the random image displayed on the home page no longer displays thumbnails, just the box with the small red cross in it.. I've had this before elsewhere and I believe it MAY have been a problem with imagemagick or the GD libs (or something like that anyway)
Edit:
Think I'll request a PHP upgrade to Advanced.. Watch this space ;)

You will not be upgraded to the Advanced version. e107 should work fine with Intermediate configuration.

Yes.. the site is working fine but as I said there is a problem with the thumbnails. I don't understand why everything was fine until a couple of days ago then suddenly it went pear shaped.
If it doesn't work then my site is no good.

Did you try backing up the database and installing e107 again?

It doesn't seem to be a problem for me, is there any chance it may be your browser settings or even the browser you are using?

Yes, I've got everything backed up but I've not re-installed anything yet.
The problem is only with the gallery, it's an e107 plugin and not part of the actual e107 installation and everything else is working fine.

If it's using shell_exec for a critical function you will not be able to use it with us. Most coders do not use shell_exec because it is normally shut off by default for most hosts, especially free hosts due to the security issues it can bring.

I'm not sure but whatever was happening a few days ago when it was all working well has certainly stopped working now. :dunno:
