You can check the reason why you were suspended from your account panel

The suspension report shows as having a nulled (hacked or otherwise pirated) script being detected on your account. Most likely this is the vBulletin install. Unless you have a paid license for vBulletin and can prove it to the staff, this issue will fall under the Zero Tolerance policy of x10Hosting, meaning you will not be able to get your account unsuspended.
