vbulliten error

how to fix this error message after installing the vbulliten.

I have tried to install the forum for the 10th times, and everytime it is the same error.

I have edited my config.php also with the info in my cpnel with my own mysql database name, and my username and password, and i know that is correct. please help please

Please login to the x10Hosting account management panel (http://x10hosting.com/login) with your forum username and password, and upgrade your PHP version to intermediate. The change will take up to 12 hours to go through, but will give you the PHP functions required to run vBulletin ;).

It'll be approved automatically if you chose intermediate, and denied automatically if you went from basic to advanced (you have to choose intermediate before advanced). As I said, changes can take up to 12 hours to go through, although they usually only take about 3. Apache has to be restarted for the changes to take effect; and in order to reduce downtime this only happens a few times per day.

one more question, what is mysql server address, when i put 'localhost' it didnt work, i have the correct username and password, thanks again for you help
