Verification email opens to blank screen

I tried creating an account using the same email as i used with my forum account. When I received the verification email it opened to just a blank screen. I tried resending, all it did was just send the same link. I deleted cookies/cache and tried multiple browsers and the link still opened up to a blank white screen. I was (obviously) able to verify my forum account so its not a problem with my email (i think.) Anyway, if a staff member could either create a new link or just verify it for me, that would be great. Or if there is something simple im missing here that would fix my issue. Thank you
