Very confused with the place

Hi, I signed up today cannot seem to access a CPanel or find the details for FTP. I also can't reply in a thread posted by someone with the same issues or even post anything in the free hosting support forum. My account page states to check the news in the forum for details but I dont see anything relative to my problem.

Not a good way to start because I really dont have time to go reading through everything here. Can someone set in the right direction so that I can upload my site?

Welcome to x10 Tuco Benedicto Pacifico! Depending on what server you're on, it may be having some work done on it. Otherwise, cPanel is :2082, and the FTP info is simply ftp://*yoursitegoeshere* or your site address in a client. The login username and password is the same as your cPanel login name that you chose.

I am having problems as well. I just signed up this evening and have not been able to access CPanel.
