Very desperated (setting up custom domain)

Hello, I'm so tired cuz I have a lot of days trying to use a domain I bought in my account, I already pointed my domain to x10hosting servers vía NS, and when I go to cPanel tried to use it with addon domains in my public_html, and it doesn't work, I've waited up to 24 hours and still nothing, when I go to my site through my new domain it redirects to default web site page, today I decided to delete it from addons, and then use it as a parked domain, still not working, when I checked if the email account that I created for my new domain that WAS working, is not working now, returning this message:

Keep your add-on domain. Do not delete it. It's running a bit slow but should be up within a week. They are also working on the email system which should also be resolved within a week.
