Very slow hosting

I have just been helped with my recent problem of directories not being able to be removed, and now i am trying to manage my wordpress blog, but i cant because the connection is terrible! It is now 22:43 and my site has been down for about 15-30 minutes.

Server downtime is often caused by server load, which are usually intermittent and resolve itself soon.

Additionally, http://status.x10hosting.com says that Chopin is going through some updates.
