this may be accurate if.. ya know, i had a chance to experience it.
my account is STILL pending activation.
in that time i've gotten another free host to activate it, and i have later upgraded their services to a paid account, which i had hoped to do here.
you may be thinking "send a support message"
well it's disabled for the server i'm on. the mere inconvenience of the situation makes it pretty easy for me to get my credit card out, and pay someone else.
ostensibly, customer retention isn't very high on the priority list.
