It isn't installed on Free Hosting, you don't have access to install it, and it won't be installed for you. Not only would it quickly put you over your resource usage limit, it has a tendency to encourage copyright violation among users. And there's a 1GB maximum for media galleries (photos, videos) as well.

y copyrights.. s the site owner do this rights how to run his sites. or this hosting provider.. we access internet to get this free stuff.. and i keeps multiplying.. and y s there a limit now.. cant i modify my site setup to set my limit.. or this is what the free hosting services rules.. m i user owner of this hosted sites can only afford this lots Unmetered disk space, unmetered transfer, cPanel 11, full control of your web hosting environment - backed by industry-leading technology. And it's all free. The real question - why not?! sory f i have this question.. cause im not reading any TOS..

Well, you really ought to read the terms of service, since that's what you're agreeing to when you sign up. And the hosting company becomes liable for contributory infringement if it knowingly allows copyright violations to occur. You do get unmetered disk space for your site, but there is a 1GB media gallery cap. x10Hosting Free Hosting is designed to host websites, not media. You can always store media elsewhere and link to it, provided that it doesn't infringe copyright.

Copyright infringement is treated as a zero-tolerance violation of the terms of service, and will result in a permanent suspension of your account.

x10 has, unlike most sites, a quick summary of their TOS which covers almost, but not, everything. I recommend you read it. As well, kiwi6 allows hotlinking for free, which still doesn't allow against copyright, which most sites don't.

The content of your site is your responsibility. Anything posted on your site is subject to the same rules, but you do get a bit of time to handle user input (forum postings, blog comments and so on). Public uploads aren't allowed (an exception is made for small images like avatars and signatures for forums, but it's just as easy to use something like Gravatar to avoid problems). Some patterns can be detected automatically (the most common pages used for phishing attacks, torrenting software, and public uploaders, for instance); others are reported.

Yes, reposting other web pages can be a violation of copyright; it depends on the page you took it from and how it is protected (legally, not technologically) and licensed. "Content farming" will actually hurt your Google results now, and autoblogging software (software that scrapes and reposts content) is forbidden here (the most common packages will be automatically detected).
