Video issue

Hi All,

I am having an issue with a video streaming within a carousel module on my Joomla website. It was working fine and then suddenly stopped working - no updates or changes were made, the module loads but no streaming occurs.

Testing conducted:
I tried using a different carousel module to play the video, same issue.
I tried embeding the video in an article - this works.
I installed a Joomla installation with a different template and the issue remains for both modules.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated because I am truely lost on this one and have spent days working on it.

To update, I had it working and then once again without changes it stopped.
suspicions are jquery/javascript based, if any experts have advice or are willing to take a look Id appreciate it alot.
