Vietnamese language

I am building website in Vietnamese language, But I did not see Vietnamese language support Cpanel. Please help and install it.

Websites can only be in English or Spanish or French unless you provide a direct translation.
This is stated in the terms of service that you read and agreed to when you signed up.
Because of this rule, I see no reason why we would install vietnamese language support.
