A friend of mine whom I authorize to upload certain documents to my account had actually uploaded a set of phishing script. It was not my intention.

Unfortunately you're still responsible for -all- content on the account, and phishing pages are a MAJOR violation of x10hostings terms of service and US law. You cannot be unsuspended.
