Visited but still getting emails, help!

I received several emails to visit my account to keep it. I have done so from the link in the email many times but keep getting the emails. I want to keep account so what to to??

Hello, the policy has changed, instead of having to login to the forums once a month, you have to login to the x10hosting portal atleast once a month. https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ You just need to log in there one time a month to keep your account active. You won't get any emails about inactivity if you login there once a month.

The inactivity timer can be eliminated if you subscribe to one of the Prime or Illuminated Plans.

Thank you for the reply.

I have been logging in but recently was not as much. But when I got the email I clicked the link in the email that said to signin authenticated to keep account. I have done there from the email many times and gone to my cpanel to copy some code I have. But just a few moments ago I received another email that says "ACCOUNT INACTIVITY FINAL WARNING" so I went to my cpanel again as soon as I got the email.

I am logging into cpanel but keep getting the emails. I don;t want to loose my account. I like x10.

Are you logging into here: https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/ ? That is where you need to log in at least once a month. If you log in there at least once a month there should be no problem. If you get suspended for inactivity you can either unsuspend yourself or ask to be unsuspended here.

Also please make sure the emails are from x10hosting and not from an external source.

BTW I logged in from 2 different browsers at different times just in case it was a browser problem. So I hope you won't delete my account.

Here is copy of the email that I received again after answering 1 or 2 the day before. I went to the link in the email. I will also go to the link you posted to make sure:

We are sending you this email to remind you to visit the x10Hosting Account Portal.
Visiting the Account Portal once per month is a requirement to keep your hosting account active.
All that we require is that you access the portal while authenticated.
