Visitors are not getting confirmation mails !!!

Hi !
I have a site where customer fills a form to order for products and receives a confirmation mail with other details !
But, from yesterday they are not getting any confirmation mail. However, Im able to receive their orders !

I did not update/delete/moved any file from my site from the last week !

That means there is nothing wrong from my website coding !

Please help !

There are many people with mail issues currently. I am going to talk to a staff member about this.

The whole site is depended upon orders.... That way I'm gonna loose all the customers !!!

I'll escalate your issue so that a staff member will see it right away, but I don't know how quickly they will get to it or be able to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
