[VOX] Cant Access Cpanel & Site's Showing 302 Found Error..Help[VOX]

Cant Access Cpanel..it Says:

operations have
been temporarily
suspended to
prevent
something bad
from happening.
Please ask your
system admin to
remove any files
not in use on that
partition."

Also my website is showing 302 found error..HELP
