VPS inactivity

I currently have a free hosting account with you, but have been suspended from inactivity twice in the last 60days. If i buy either premium host, or a vps from you, can i get suspended on a premium/vps account (with cpanel)?

Inactivity suspension do not apply to premium/VPS accounts.

But, you can still get suspended on premium accounts for violation of the terms of service of course.

You could also buy the inactivity timer at http://forums.x10hosting.com/payments.php for $3/year to keep your account unsuspended even though you aren't logging into the forums, but this will keep your accounts on the free servers with no extra features
