VPS Issue Urgent

there are 2 major issues i have.

1. My vps account was created under the user id aditya.sytech@gmail.com, one day by mistake i changed the mail id to info@simtechnos.in
now i cant login using the first one as it says invalid and the other id is not showing any services.
I have sent 100 mails and tried calling 20 times no help.

2. My server inpsite of no access was working fine. but since last one hour it stopped working. What am i suppossed to do i have no dues.

I believe this has been taken care of in our systems now.

You will need to continue working your ticket out with the support staff via ticket; given the sensitive nature of the matter at hand (I can see part of the problem), a public forum is not a good place to discuss the current situation.
